Some people with migraine have initial indicators for instance flashing lights, slurred or muddled speech and diarrhoea.
Around the time of the initial symptoms, the next lot of symptoms arrive pins and needles, sensitivity to light, noise and smell, cold sensation,pain in the sinuses or neck or lack of co-ordination. It's not the case that all symptoms have to be present.
