We all hate having migraines.
Signs of a migraine attack are initial signals for example blind spots scotoma, diarrhoea and dizziness.
After those early symptoms go away, the next lot of symptoms arrive pins and needles, pain on one side (may swap sides), lack of co-ordination,pain in the sinuses or neck or sensitivity to light, noise and smell. It's not the case that all symptoms have to be present.
A whole host of triggers will precipitate a migraine in migraine sufferers. For instance......
