Some people with migraine have early symptoms for example diarrhoea, nausea or vomiting and flashing lights.
At the end of the early symptoms, the second phase of symptoms follows sensitivity to light, noise and smell, lack of co-ordination, cold sensation,temporary numbness on the affected side or pain in the sinuses or neck. It's not the case that all symptoms have to be present.
